Create the permanent Kit, Sample and tube identity before fulfilment
Physical identity provisioning
Link one GENOSAVE Kit ID, one GENOSAVE Sample ID and the manufacturer tube barcode. Confirm all three against the physical materials. Keep the manufacturer's barcode and batch/expiry information visible.
Do not include customer identity in any of these identifiers.
PHYSICAL INVENTORY
Link permanent identifiers
Use a scanner where possible. Verify the matching labels on the unopened physical kit.

A confirmation prompt will display all three identifiers before the permanent database action. A scanner that sends Enter from the barcode field will also open this confirmation.
