Duplex A4 and scanner checks are distinct from reservation

A reservation is not a generated PDF. A generated PDF is not a verified PDF. A verified PDF is not evidence of physical printing. The landscape sticker sheet remains a separate document/intent decision.

3. Recovery and exceptions

Never automatically repeat a print reservation after timeout or an unknown outcome. Existing original-attempt, reconciliation and immutable audit controls remain authoritative.
